Privacy
Sarao doesn't use cookies. The only personal data it asks for is your email, and only if you want the newsletter.
- Visits: we count visits and clicks with Vercel Web Analytics and Amplitude (a US company). Neither uses cookies or stores anything in your browser, so they can't recognize you from one visit to the next. Amplitude receives your IP to know which country you visit from.
- Sponsor clicks: we store that there was a click, in which slot and at what time. Nothing else.
- Event submissions: we store the link and the event details you send us so we can review them.
- Newsletter: your email, the city you pick and your language are stored with Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, an EU company), only to send you that city's newsletter. You confirm your sign-up by email and every email has an unsubscribe link. We never share it.
- Events: event details are public and come from the official event page, which we always link to.
Organizing an event and want something fixed or removed? Write to diego.garcimartin@gmail.com.
Controller: Diego Garcimartín, who runs Sarao. Legal basis for the newsletter: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to diego.garcimartin@gmail.com. If you think we are not handling it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
